Commissioned by Steinringer we developed concept, user-interface design and branding for a common area access portal. The purpose of this portal is to become a base for tenants of residential buildings, enabling them to book common areas and facilities, manage their bookings, have an overview of their current contracts and documents, see current events, exchange with other residents and more.
Since the portal is connected to an on-location chip card system, one of the central aspects we focused on was security and user verification. The final design was then implemented by the excellent in-house development team of Steinringer as it had to be connected to already existing software solutions in their portfolio.
